• Feedback: When you contact us through in-app feedback or email, we collect the information you provide.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage Data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, and performance data.
• Health Data (with permission): If you enable HealthKit integration, we collect step count and mindful minutes data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve FlexStreak's core functionality
• Sync your data across devices using iCloud
• Track your habits and calculate streaks
• Send you notifications and reminders (if enabled)
• Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests

4. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage: All your habit data is stored locally on your device by default. We use iOS Keychain and secure storage mechanisms to protect your data.

iCloud Sync (Optional): If you enable iCloud sync, your data is encrypted during transmission and stored on Apple's secure servers.

5. Third-Party Services

Apple iCloud

We use Apple's iCloud for optional data synchronization. Your data is subject to Apple's privacy policy when using this feature.

Apple HealthKit

If you enable HealthKit integration, we access your step count and mindful minutes data solely to display this information in the app. We never sell or share this data with third parties.

Analytics

FlexStreak may collect anonymous, aggregate usage data to help us understand how users interact with the app. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

6. Your Privacy Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can view all your habit data within the app at any time.
• Export: Use the Export Data feature in Settings to download your data as JSON or CSV.
• Delete: Uninstalling the app will delete all local data. For iCloud data, go to Settings → iCloud → FlexStreak and delete the data.
• Opt-out: You can disable iCloud sync or HealthKit integration at any time in Settings.

7. Children's Privacy

FlexStreak is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete such information.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page
• Post the new privacy policy in the app
• Send you a notification if required by law
